De rental fee depends on the season and the number of guests.
High season / EUR 195,= per night (2 guests)

- December 19th 2009 until January 3rd 2010
- July 3rd 2010 until September 5th 2010
- December 18th 2010 until January 2nd 2011
Mid season / EUR 180,= per night (2 guests)
- October 11th 2008 until October 26th 2008
- February 14th 2009 until March 1st 2009
- October 10th 2009 until October 25th 2009
- February 6th 2010 until February 21st 2010
- October 9th 2010 until October 24th 2010
Low season / EUR 165,= per night (2 guests)

For any additional guests beyond the first two, an additional EUR 20,= per guest per night will be
charged (*).
Additionally there will be cleaning charges to the amount of EUR 75,=
for the first 2 guests and EUR 10,= for each additional guest (*).
If you prefer so, we can provide your transportation from and to the airport.
The charges for this service are EUR 40,= per vehicle (round-trip), with a
maximum of four guests per vehicle (*).
If you would like to have broadband internet access during your stay, we can
activate a connection in the villa for an additional charge of EUR 2,50 per day (only possible for the entire duration of your stay).
De security deposit amounts to EUR 400,= for a maximum of 4 guests and EUR
600,= for 5 guests and above. The security deposit will be refunded within 14
days of your stay, after deduction of costs and damages.
*) children who are two years or younger on the day of arrival are not charged
