De rental fee is EUR 210,= per night for a maximum of four guests. For any additional guests beyond the first four, an additional EUR 20,= per guest per night will be
charged (*).
As of January 2010, the local government has introduced
a tourist tax. It's set at 7% and is used to improve the tourist
infrastructure on the island. All owners of tourist accommodations,
including private parties, are required to charge this tax in addition
to the base rental fee.
Additionally there will be cleaning charges to the amount of EUR 170,=
for the first 4 guests and EUR 10,= for each additional guest (*).
If you would like to have broadband internet access during your stay, we can
activate a connection in the villa free of charge.
De security deposit amounts to EUR 600,=. The security deposit will be refunded within 14
days of your stay, after deduction of costs of damages.
*) children who are two years or younger on the day of arrival are not charged
