De rental fee depends on the season and the number of guests.
High season / EUR 185,= per night (2 guests)
- July 3rd 2010 until September 5th 2010
- December 18th 2010 until January 2nd 2011
- July 2nd 2011 until September 4th 2011
- December 17th 2011 until January 1st 2012
Mid season / EUR 170,= per night (2 guests)
- October 9th 2010 until October 24th 2010
- February 26th 2011 until March 13th 2011
- October 8th 2011 until October 23rd 2011
Low season / EUR 155,= per night (2 guests)

For any additional guests beyond the first two, an additional EUR 20,= per guest per night will be
charged (*).
As of January 2010, the local government has introduced
a tourist tax. It's set at 7% and is used to improve the tourist
infrastructure on the island. All owners of tourist accommodations,
including private parties, are required to charge this tax in addition
to the base rental fee.
Additionally there will be cleaning charges to the amount of EUR 150,=
for the first 2 guests and EUR 10,= for each additional guest (*).
If you prefer so, we can provide your transportation from and to the airport.
If you would like to have broadband internet access during your stay, we can
activate a connection in the villa for an additional charge of EUR 2,50 per day (only possible for the entire duration of your stay).
De security deposit amounts to EUR 600,= for a maximum of 4 guests and EUR
800,= for 5 guests and above. The security deposit will be refunded within 14
days of your stay, after deduction of costs of damages.
*) children who are two years or younger on the day of arrival are not charged
