The villa is built on a large terrain on the corner of two streets and
has a large garden with lots of green on the front side. This ensures
optimal privacy. The entrance, which is behind an automatic fence,
has a roofed parking area and enough parking space for several vehicles.
 The various rooms of the villa are divided over two buildings.
The main building has, amongst other areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the kitchen
and a large living area.
Attached to the main building is an apartment with its own entrance and bathroom.
 The second building consists of an
additional 2 apartments with each their own bathroom.
Since these
apartments have their own entrances as well, the villa as a whole is especially
suited for multiple families. Everybody has their own privacy, while there are
plenty of opportunities to spend time together in the shared areas.
All in all the villa can accommodate groups of up to 15 adults, in addition to
smaller children who use a child's bed (those can be arranged for you). If this
is almost large enough for your needs but not quite, please contact us so we can try and work out a solution for you.
The villa and the apartments are never rented out separately. You will
always have the entire premises to yourself and will not run into
any other guests.
